Richard W. DeVries

Mr. DeVries, a Barrister and Solicitor (Alberta), has been providing legal advice to clients worldwide since 1978, primarily in the areas of the implementation of international financial and business strategies, wealth preservation, tax and estate planning, corporate finance and compliance with securities laws.In addition to his legal practice, Mr. DeVries has numerous business interests, including serving as director and officer of various public and private companies. Mr. DeVries resides in Freeport, GBI, Bahamas. Mr. DeVries holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (1974) as well as a Bachelor of Law Degree (1977), both from the University of Alberta. In addition to being an active member in good standing of the Law Society of Alberta, Mr. DeVries is also a member of the Calgary Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.

Michael E. Durance - CEO CallGenie

Mike Durance has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and software industries. Before joining CallGenie, Mike Durance was vice president and general manager of the Digital Solutions division of Toshiba America Information Systems. As leader and visionary of a number of business units, he was charged with bringing together Toshiba's telecommunications, imaging, hotspots, PDA and laptop technology into bundled mobility solutions. Prior to Toshiba, Mr. Durance was Corporate vice president of the Integrated Solutions Group for ADC Telecommunications, Inc., a data transmission products company. Prior to ADC, he was SVP of Global Consulting Services, Managing Director of Asia Pacific, and Vice President of Product Management and Deployment for Saville Systems, a telecommunications software company. Prior to Saville Systems, Mr, Durance held numerous senior management and International positions at Nortel Networks.

Nick Fader

A member of the Bennett Jones' public markets practice group, Nicholas Fader acts for public and private corporations, including oil and gas and industrial clients. Nick's practice extends to private and public debt and equity offerings, domestic and international acquisitions, license and distributorship arrangements, debt restructurings and shareholder disputes. 

Nick acts as corporate secretary for Circa Enterprises Inc., a TSX-listed supplier of equipment to the telecommunications industry in Canada and the U.S., as corporate secretary of Compass Petroleum Ltd., a private oil and gas corporation, and as corporate secretary of Arriva Energy Inc., a private oil and gas corporation. In addition, Nick is a director of PetroSantander Inc., a private, Houston-based corporation engaged in oil and gas exploration and development in South America and the U.S.
Nick is a member of the Securities Advisory Committee of the Alberta Securities Commission and has served as a member of the Advisory Committee on Proportionate Regulation established by the Alberta Securities Commission to assist in the examination of the securities regulatory system as it affects small and emerging issuers. He also serves as a director of the Calgary chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.  

Daniel Gatti

Mr. Gatti has over 30 years experience in the software and telecommunications industries. He is currently the President and CEO of OnSite Systems, a provider of network edge voice and data platforms for mobile backhaul. Prior to OnSite, he served as CEO of BigBangwidth, a provider of high performance optical network solutions; President and CEO of MAYAN Networks, a provider of optical switching technology; and Vice President and General Manager of 3Com's Network Service Provider Division. Mr. Gatti also held senior management positions at Aptec Computer Systems, Amdahl , and GTE as well as sales and marketing positions at IBM. Mr. Gatti serves on the board of the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), is a board of governor of the Electronics Industry Association (EIA), and is on the board of directors of the San Francisco 49er Academy, a private school in Palo Alto, California. Dan has a BA from Fairfield University and completed the executive MBA program at the Harvard Advanced Business School.

S. Graeme Ross

Mr. Ross is President and a Director of Bovinia Inc., a consulting company engaged in activities relating to corporate management, technology, telecommunications and information systems, from May 1993 to present. He was President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Peartree Software Inc., a software company that develops and sells software used in the automotive parts manufacturing industry, from January 1998 to June 2001. Mr. Ross was also a Director of Glenbriar Technologies Inc. and of Smartcardesolutions.com Ltd., both Exchange listed companies, the first from February 2000 to April 2003 and the second from 1995 to 2001.

Nancy Shemwell

Ms. Shemwell is currently Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Services for Symmetricom Inc., a world leader in the generation, synchronization and distribution of precise time and frequency signals used in wireline and wireless telecom networks, space, defense and avionics systems, and enterprise IT networks. Ms. Shemwell joined Symmetricom in 2004. Other previous positions for Ms. Shemwell include that of president and CEO of Jovial Test Equipment and a sixteen year career with Nortel Networks where she held titles of President, Micom Communications Corporation (a Nortel subsidiary), VP Business Segments, VP Sales and Marketing, Wiltel (Nortel's largest enterprise distributor) and Director of Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Ms. Shemwell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Master of Science in Business Administration from the American Technological University. She is based in Dallas, Texas.
